Trips

Come and see the work.

CCM trips are designed around humility, relationship, and encouragement. The aim is not to perform ministry for local leaders, but to learn from them and strengthen what they are already doing.

Relationship first Trips are planned around local partners, not outside agendas.

The purpose

Not mission tourism. Not a photo opportunity. Not a quick fix.

A good trip should leave local partners encouraged, not exhausted. CCM visits are shaped to listen, pray, learn, serve where appropriate, and deepen relationships that already exist.

Because some ministry contexts require wisdom and discretion, public details may be limited. The priority is always the safety, dignity, and leadership of the local church.

Trip rhythm

A thoughtful trip has a shape before, during, and after.

  1. Week 1

    Arrival, orientation, and local worship

Rest from travel, meet the CCM team on the ground, attend local worship, and begin to understand the culture and context firsthand.

  2. Weeks 1-2

    Field visits with indigenous leaders

Travel alongside local pastors and evangelists into communities where CCM-supported work is happening — outreach centers, churches, training sites, and relief projects.

  3. Throughout

    Prayer, teaching, and encouragement

Teams come ready to pray for local leaders, contribute teaching or encouragement where invited, and mostly listen — learning from those on the frontlines.

  4. Back home

    Tell the story

The trip doesn't end at the airport. Returning team members become advocates — sharing what they saw, mobilizing prayer, and inviting others into partnership.

Safety & Security

We travel carefully.

Trips are handled with discretion because the safety of local leaders, churches, and communities comes first.

Hostility toward Christians in some of the areas CCM serves is common, so travel requires careful preparation and constant awareness.

We do not publish the names of our leaders or the precise locations of our work. Routes, plans, and itineraries are shared only with confirmed participants.

A word about discretion

Trip participants are asked not to post photos, locations, names, or sensitive details during or after travel without clear guidance from the CCM team.

Who it suits

People willing to learn, listen, serve quietly, and submit to the needs and guidance of local partners.

How trips are shaped

Trips are considered around real ministry needs, timing, safety, travel realities, and the capacity of local hosts.

Next step

Email CCM to begin a conversation. Trip details are best handled personally rather than treated like a standard package.
